As Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of our busy hotel restaurant, working across breakfast, lunch, and dinner service. You’ll lead by example, assist in coordinating the front-of-house team, and ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction are consistently delivered.

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hotel setting

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• A proactive and hands-on approach to service

• Flexibility to work varied shifts across a 7-day rota

• Immediate availability

• Competitive hourly/daily rate (based on experience)

• Live-in accommodation available if required
