We are looking for an experienced Restaurant and Bar Manager for this very busy bar within the hotel.  You must be someone who is experienced in managing a team and getting the best out of them.  You will be a Restaurant and Bar Manager who has knowledge in food and drink and who can help train the team and work closely with the kitchen.  You will have excellent customer service skills and enjoy working in the industry.

As Restaurant and Bar Manager you will be an HOD within the hotel and do Duty Manager shifts, thereby learning more about the hotel.  You will be the face of the bar.  You will ensure that all Health and Safety laws are adhered to and working closely with the General Manager.
