We are seeking an exceptional Head Chef to lead the hospitality offer at a brand-new corporate contract catering site. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate, driven chef with a fine dining or high-end corporate hospitality background who thrives on detail, creativity, and leadership.

This role offers an excellent Monday to Friday work pattern, delivering high-quality food in a professional corporate environment.

As Head Chef, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the culinary identity of the site from day one. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding food across a diverse hospitality portfolio, including working lunches, high-profile events, fine dining experiences, and canapé functions.

The Role

• Lead and inspire the kitchen team with positive energy and clear direction

• Develop, design, and deliver innovative menus for corporate hospitality and events

• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency

• Be highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment

• Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards

• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional guest experiences

• Manage challenges effectively, always finding practical and creative solutions

About You

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in fine dining restaurants or premium corporate hospitality

• Strong eye for detail and passion for beautifully executed food

• A natural leader who motivates, develops, and supports their team

• Well organised, adaptable, and calm under pressure

• Creative, commercially aware, and excited by building something new

• Excellent communication skills with a hands-on leadership style
