Do you have a passion for fine dining, a flair for five-star service, and the kind of personality that leaves a lasting impression?
We’re seeking a polished and personable Front of House Steward to join our exceptional onboard team for a truly unique hospitality experience. You’ll travel across the UK’s most breathtaking destinations aboard one of the most iconic, elegant, luxury trains, delivering unforgettable moments to high-profile guests with every plate, pour, and perfectly timed smile.

The Role

As part of a close-knit team of 10 experienced stewards, you’ll provide world-class service throughout the guest journey—both onboard and during curated off-train excursions. From morning mimosas to evening aperitifs, you’ll be serving elegance on rails.

You’ll take care of:

• Elegant breakfasts and refined lunches

• Beautifully presented canapés, signature cocktails, and pre-dinner drinks

• Sumptuous multi-course dinners in a fine dining setting

• “Welcome back” drinks and refreshments during scenic off-board excursions

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in fine dining or luxury hotels (silver service experience a must)

• A warm, confident personality that guests remember

• Knowledge of bar service and signature/classic cocktails (wine knowledge a bonus)

• A hands-on, can-do team player with exceptional attention to detail

• Comfortable working weekends, bank holidays, and being away from home for up to 6 nights

• Immaculate presentation and a passion for going above and beyond
