Development Chef for innovative, industry leading contract caterer.

 

Location: South East England & M4 Corridor
Salary: £50,000 + Car/Allowance + Company Benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday

Are you a passionate and innovative chef ready to take your culinary expertise to the next level? We are seeking an exceptional Regional Development Chef to join our contract catering team, focused on delivering high-end Business and Industry (B&I) services.

About the Role:

This dynamic role requires a chef with a flair for innovation and creativity to elevate our offerings. As the Regional Development Chef, you will:

  • Lead menu and concept development, ensuring alignment with modern food trends.
  • Train and mentor on-site catering teams, fostering excellence and culinary innovation.
  • Support and collaborate with operational teams to deliver outstanding client and customer experiences.
  • Stay ahead of food trends, bringing fresh ideas and approaches to enhance our offerings.
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards across the region.
  • Play a pivotal role in launching and implementing new initiatives and concepts.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Development Chef, ideally within contract catering or a similar environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of current and future food trends, with a passion for culinary innovation.
  • Strong leadership and training skills to inspire and develop teams.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • A hands-on, creative approach with a commitment to high standards.
  • Flexibility to travel across the South East and M4 Corridor as needed.
