The right Commis Chef will be offered:

• Modern British and American surf & turf brasserie celebrating open-fire and grill cooking, showcasing the best of British seasonal ingredients
• Work under the guidance of a Michelin-starred chef and be part of a talented brigade of 12+ chefs in a kitchen that values creativity, precision, and collaboration

• £30,000 base salary + TRONC (£5,000–£10,000 per year)

• Brand-new kitchen and amazing team
• Only lunch and dinner for up to 90 covers per service

We are looking for a Commis chef with a good attitude, someone that has worked for at least 1 year within a fine-dining establishment with AA Rosettes – Michelin star, 5* Hotels, or Private Members Club. Someone that wants to learn, work with fresh ingredients from scratch, and develop his career. Food standards are very high.
