ICHIBUNSWardour Street
Opens 21st July

Alan Yau, The man that bought us Wagamamas and Hakkasan is now bringing out a totally different concept to his other restaurants. Ichi Buns is an Asian style ‘fast food’ restaurant with its speciality being its Asian style burgers. The burger menu includes the ‘Hokkaido’ (2 patties, red onion, mushrooms and blue cheese fondue) the Panko Meatball (fried beef patty, cabbage, pickle, spicy yoghurt and curry ketchup) and also a Chicken Katsu style burger! They all sound incredible… but it doesn’t stop there as they have created some amazing spring rolls flavours including wagyu cheeseburger (what?!). This place is definitely worth a visit for a very unique experience.
