Haya to open in Notting Hill

Former Dinner by Heston Blumenthal chef Oren King is to oversee the kitchen at a new neighbourhood-style Mediterranean restaurant opening in London’s Notting Hill this September.

Haya, which translates as ‘life’ in Hebrew, is inspired by founder Victoria Paltina’s visits to the Israeli city Tel Aviv.

King’s menu will draw from the chef’s Tel Aviv background, and ‘take its cue from the informality of Mediterranean dining culture’ with a focus on sharing plates and seasonal ingredients.
