Berkeley Scott – Supporting Mental Health

Our Mental Health Advisors & What they do

Life and work can be demanding. Whether you’re managing a busy team, working long shifts, or juggling multiple responsibilities. At Berkeley Scott, we know mental health matters just as much as skills or experience. That’s why we have a dedicated team of mental health advisors – to listen, guide, and support anyone who needs it.

Meet the Advisors

Matt Turvill

Our Regional Director based in London, Matt Turvill is a compassionate leader who is always ready to listen.

Nick Butler

Our Regional Director based in the Midlands. He is always ready to lend an ear to anyone who needs it.

Ioana Nistor

Our Manager based in Leeds. She is a strong advocate for mental health and always ready to offer support.

Why It Matters

We understand that working in hospitality can be stressful, with long hours, high-pressure environments, and constantly changing demands. That’s why our advisors aim to create a culture where it’s okay to ask for help, speak up about stress, and take care of your mental health – without stigma. By offering guidance and a listening ear, we hope to help people thrive personally and professionally, no matter their circumstances.

A Gentle Reminder

Your mental health matters. Take this as your reminder today to notice how you and others are feeling, reach out if you need support, open conversations with those around you and remember: asking for help is a sign of strength.
