- Management of building works.
- Ordering of equipment and supplies pre-opening.
- Production of budgets and achievement of the same.
- Recruitment of opening team.
- Production of all operational manuals and implementation.
- Direction of sales team and launch of hotel into the market.
- All other aspects of day to day management.
The hotel now turns over in excess of £4 million and has consistently beaten budget every year since.
