People in hospitality jobs working at Premier Inn's Thyme eateries are currently serving up dishes from a new menu called Winter Indulgence, the hotel chain reports.
The main dishes and Winter Puds from the seasonal menu are part of the restaurant's Meal Deal, too.
The seasonal selection includes the likes of chicken and tarragon casserole, bangers and mash, fish pie, beef chilli, sticky toffee pudding and caramel apple crumble.
According to the menu, the chilli is served atop a jacket potato, the fish pie comes with green beans and peas, and the casserole has the same sides, as well as crushed potatoes. The bangers and mash also comes with green beans and peas. This last example is also the only potentially vegetarian main on the seasonal menu, as a veggie alternative to the dish is available.
The fifth and final new main involved is a steak and kidney suet pudding with green beans, crushed potatoes and peas.
Premier Inn is part of Whitbread, alongside other brands like Costa coffee and Beefeater restaurants.
Whitbread wants Premier Inn to have some 75,000 guest rooms in the UK by the year 2018. The chain's owner is already responsible for some 45,000 UK jobs.
One of Premier Inn's competitors is, of course, Travelodge, which is currently the most sizeable independent hotel brand in the UK and has some 36,986 guest rooms here at present.
That chain's recent news includes the fact that it made a charity donation of more than 1.5 million bars of soap, which came after it brought in liquid soap dispensers for its guest rooms in the UK.
This soap is set to be shared between more than 2,000 individual charity organisations.
