Role overview
We are looking for dynamic and passionate food & beverage managers for Mecca Bingo sites across the UK. The role of Food and Beverage Manager is a new position for Mecca Bingo therefore this is a fantastic opportunity to make your mark in company that is full of fresh ideas and rolling out new concepts.
As F&B Manager you will be responsible for the full food & beverage offer within the club. Adhering to company standards and policies at all times you will lead and motivate your team to be focused on providing the customer with great service levels.
You will manage the unit in compliance within all food and beverage and health and safety guidelines and ensure all weekly checks and formalities are completed.
This role reports to the General Manager and recruitment for this role will run with an assessment centre based at Mecca Bingo sites. Please see the list of assessment days below.
Assessment days in Manchester, North West, Midlands, London and South East in May and June.
