A great opportunity has arisen with an international hotel group as Head Chef for their site in Stoke.
The hotel is part of an international group with a number of brands. This site has 130+ bedrooms, a spa, restaurant, bar and private dining space.
You will be managing the day to day running of the kitchen within this busy hotel, conference and events operation. The kitchen serves food to the restaurant and bar as well as room service and private dining. You will have ultimate responsibility for managing the team, scheduling and health and safety compliance.
This is an ideal role for a strong sous chef looking for the next step in their career. You must have experience managing all aspects of a hotel kitchen and a proven track record with due diligence, writing rotas and be good at thinking on your feet.
