Chef De Partie required for a fine dining hotel near Halifax
My client are a well-known boutique hotel with a fine dining restaurant. They are seeking to expand their team with the addition of a Chef De Partie
We are looking for a Chef De Partie with experience preparing and cooking fresh food in a fine dining environment, ideally to 2 rosette standard.
You will ideally have worked in a Hotel or other high volume venue in a similar position. You should be down to earth, confident and level headed.
