An opportunity has arisen for a Chef de Partie in a highly regarded restaurant with a 3 rosette standard dining room and brasserie. The business has gone through a long period of investment and is now looking to bolster the kitchen team to handle the level of business. The kitchen is a very supportive environment and there is a clear progression path for your career.
Attitude is key with this role. You will need to be extremely driven and be able to manage your own time. Experience within a rosette restaurant would be very advantageous but is not essential. You will enjoy a fast paced professional environment and have a desire to work with the best ingredients to create modern dishes to an extremely high standard.
You will be a key part of a large kitchen team and will be expected to run a section, managing your time and stock levels to ensure you are ready for each service. You will be given a great deal of responsibility and trust but will be rewarded for your hard work. Reasonable working hours and a good salary based on experience. There is parking on site and it is easily accessible on public transport from Manchester and surrounding areas.
