Berkeley Scott are the UK's leading Catering and Hospitality recruitment specialists. We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Temporary Division in Birmingham. 

We are looking for you to join our busy Hospitality & Events Desk at our Central Birmingham office location based near New Street Station. 

This is a hot desk with a great portfolio of clients across the Midlands. You will service the temporary recruitment requirements of our existing clients, whilst also establishing new relationships and developing new business. 

We supply Chefs, Waiting/Bar staff , Catering Assistants and Kitchen Porters to various catering companies, hotels and events venues across the Midlands. You will be responsible for resourcing, recruiting and placing candidates to new and existing clients. 

Ideally you will have previous recruitment experience however we will consider applicants from all backgrounds. The ability to sell is key as you will be required to develop new business. Strong admin and IT skills are a must. The job will be demanding at times, so the ability to think on your feet and organise your time effectively is essential.
