F&B MANAGER REQUIRED FOR QUALITY HOTEL OPERATION IN THE NORTHWEST OF ENGLAND
SALARY: £35,000 + BENEFITS
Berkeley Scott are very pleased to be recruiting in partnership with this renowned hotel in the Northwest of England.
We are looking for candidates from the luxury end of the market with lots of prior experience in a similar role.
Ideally, you will be as at home being a face of the business with guest experience at the forefront, as you are with back office and have organisational flair.
You will be at once responsible for engaging guests on a personal level, as well as having lots of ideas to drive the business forward in attracting new customers and encouraging repeat visits.
You will have an engaging and warm personality at the same time as being process-driven enough to build some incredible results– Having some fantastic ideas which you will then lead through to completion while monitoring results.
You will have overall accountability for the F&B operation and report directly into the Operations Director with two assistant managers, supervisors and a large team reporting into you.
