A fantastic 4 star hotel is currently looking to fill a CDP position within their refined brasserie.
Serving modern European dishes that change with the seasons. The chef de partie would be in charge of their section from MEP to service.
The pay is hourly so that every chef feels valued for the time put in and the chefs have the option of working 40 hours as a minimum but can do up to 60+ if they want.
The package includes subsidised accommodation for staff.
The interview process will involve a visit to the hotels restaurant to see the operation and the kitchen.
Candidates will be compensated in half for travel expenses and in whole with any successful application.
- £9-£11 an hour with 40hrs-60hrs a week
