Food and Beverage Manager

*Exciting new Food & Beverage manager – London*

This beautiful hotel is in need of a strong F&B manager who will work a long side the GM with a strong hands on attitude and a positive outlook on team and food development.

As a hands on manager you will be expected to inspire and drive the team on a daily basis to ensure you deliver the high quality of service expected by this hotels guests.

Key duties will include:

-          Managing the team on a daily basis

-          Delivering a high quality of service

-          Managing P&L

-          Developing and training team members

-          Overseeing daily running of the hotel alongside the GM

-           strong knowledge of running events 

This role will suit an experienced Food & Beverage manager  looking for a new exciting challenge.

It is essential that the candidate has a back ground within a hotel with an AA rosette restaurant. You must have a strong knowledge of food and wine and excellent team management and development skills.
