This award winning Country House Hotel has begun the search for a sous chef to come on board at the end of January to join the team as it maintains its 3 rosette standard and actively pushes for more accolades.

Serving modern Irish/British food with an emphasis on produce and locality.

The hotel is open from Mid-February to November and closes for an 8 week break over December and January.

The menu is a seasonal 5/5/5 a la carte and a tasting menu is offered too.

The restaurant does a max of 50 covers and is open 5 days a week with the other 2 days serving a more relaxed bar menu.

The head chef is looking for someone who has a background of fine dining at a rosette or Michelin level and can feel at ease looking after a team of 4 during a service.

Either a Senior CDP ready to step up or a sous who's looking to ease themselves into a senior position allowing them to act as head chef throughout the season.

In return the hotel is offering a fantastic salary package that includes accommodation (1 min walk from the hotel)and meals on site. Plus a lump sum holiday pay in December so you can enjoy your 8 week break.
