Operations manager/Famous venue
£27000 - £30000 per annum
This beautiful and well known venue and attraction is looking for a strong operations manager to come on board and support the daily running of the venue.

The ideal candidate will be currently working as a deputy hotel manager in a luxury venue and must have a keen eye for the smaller details. The role requires someone who can see the bigger picture and plan for the future in regards to the team development and venue planning.

Key duties will include:
- Managing the team on a daily basis
- Ensuring the venue is always at a 5* venue
- Delivering a high quality of service
- Managing P&L
- Team recruitment at all levels
- Implementing business development strategies
- Looking after events ensuring that the guests get treated to 5* level service
- Working closely with the general manager and events manager to ensure budgets are met.

This role will suit an experienced assistant General manager or operations manager who has had previous hotel experience and has dealt with a busy events venue.

It is essential you have worked in a luxury hotel and understand what is required to deliver 5* standards at all times
