Food & beverage manager/ Luxury hotel
£35000 - £40000 per annum
This beautiful hotel is in need of a strong F&B manager who will work a long side the other Heads of department with a strong hands on attitude and a positive outlook on team and food development.
As an F&B manager you will be expected to lead from the front in all aspects of the food and beverage operations with a strong hands on approach to ensure the high stands are met at all times.
Key duties will include:
-Managing the team on a daily basis
-Delivering a high quality of service
-Developing and training team members
-Overseeing daily running of the hotel alongside the other Heads of departments
-Implementing plans to develop the food & beverage department
This role will suit an experienced Food & Beverage manager looking for a new exciting challenge or even an assistant food & beverage manager looking to take the next step.
It is essential that the candidate has a back ground within a 4*/5* hotel environment. You must have a strong knowledge of food and wine and excellent team management skills.
