Chef manager, Exeter 30K
£25000 - £30000 per annum
My client an independent contract catering company who provide an innovative catering experience to their clients within the B&I, Healthcare and Education sector.
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Chef Manager to manage the catering within upmarket residential facility in the Exeter area producing high quality meals for a 50 seater “bistro” style residential and public restaurant and high end hospitality. You will work closely with the client and village residents ensuring all needs are met. This is a prestigious care village.
My client is looking for a talented, experienced Chef Manager with a genuine passion for great food and excellent service. You must have a “can do “ attitude and have previous experience of working within a similar environment, contract catering or restaurant and an understanding of nutrition and dietary needs is advantageous, although not essential. Excellent cheffing skills are essential. This is a 'pay as you dine' facility.
This role is 5 days out of 7, Hours are mainly 9am – 5pm although you will be required to be flexible to suit the needs of the business – There are no late nights!
