Your communication standards should be second-to-none, and ideally you will also enjoy leading from the front in a hands-on but approachable way.

The banqueting kitchen brigade here is extremely solid and reliable, so you will be able to slot straight in right away.

The Head Banqueting Chef here is also very well-regarded as a consummate professional and is great at developing their teams and delivering excellent GP results as well as enthusiastic customers!

Kitchen Management is obviously key to this role – You should have a great background in being accountable for the safe operation of the business as well as having had influence over the profitability of your kitchens.

You needn’t necessarily have been working entirely on the banqueting side of a business before - Candidates with a more generalist background will be considered for this position, if you have some good experience of larger events and weddings etc.
