You will be assisting in the delivery of weddings, events and functions and will act as a strong support to the Events & Functions Manager.

We are looking for someone with solid experience in a supervisory or managerial role with the ability to assist in the running of weddings, events and functions. We would also consider a strong F&B background looking to move into the C&B sector.

Required Experience

* Fantastic personality and charisma and a real presence as an Assistant Conference & Banqueting Manager
* Previous experience in Banqueting / weddings
* A real self-starter, motivated and keen to get stuck into the role
* Passionate and knowledgeable about the industry
* The ability to motivate other people to provide the highest standards of service
* Personable with the ability to talk to customers at all levels
* Great eye for detail
* Very hands on and operational
* Fresh ideas - looking to bring a fresh approach to the role
*Ability to provide excellent guest service, manage teams and lead events and functions to a high standard
