Audit Client Manager (work with London's best restaurants!)
£35000 per annum + bonus and Mon-Fri hours
A very unique hospitality consultancy company is seeking a Client Manager to be the face of the company as you work closely with some of London's top restaurants, handling their health and safety and training checks! This is an amazing Monday to Friday role where you will visit their many clients, interacting with staff and senior management at some of London's top hospitality venues.

When you visit the sites and audit them you will:
- Taste the different food
- Observe staff performance
- Check basic health and safety and fire standards
- Train and educate staff, presenting a workshop or training session
- Meet and greet managers and staff, sometimes giving feedback on the good and bad!
- Report findings back to the head office and present findings to senior management at venues

The type of person they are seeking:
- A fun, vibrant and youthful person. People who can fit in with their unique and fun company culture fit is essential to them. It’s a sociable business and they have great team bonding and fun nights out.
- Someone who is very sociable and good and forming positive relationships with people at all levels (kitchen porters to Managing Directors and Owners). You will be meeting/visiting a number of restaurant clients who you will get to know very well
- A good communicator. You will report your findings back to the team and give feedback to the clients. Someone who is computer literature is important.
- A person from a hospitality background. Ideally you should have a Level 3 Food Safety certificate. You don’t need to have audited before (you can be trained!) but a good appreciated for high standards and a love for hospitality is important
- Someone who can work both independently and as part of the team. A level of maturity is needed as you will often be managing your own diary/schedule. Some part of the week you will be based in the central London head office but most of the times you will be out at restaurants/cafes and the Head Office of company’s! Most of the clients will be in London but the job is likely to involve travel throughout the UK and Europe too.
- An eye for detail. You will need to be a good observer
- Someone who is looking to get some work/life balance back and move away from working late evenings and weekends. This is a Monday to Friday daytime job.
- Someone ambitious. The company continues to grow and is also well known for promotions and pay rises. The company is getting bigger each year

- Annual starting basic salary up to 35k with travel expenses paid for too.
