OPERATIONS MANAGER – COUNTRY HOUSE HOTEL

PERTHSHIRE, SCOTLAND

SALARY: Up to £30,000


Our client, a beautiful country house hotel is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to work alongside the GM in this stunning venue.

The role:
• To support the General Manager in ensuring a smooth day to day operation is in place and supporting the strong heads of departments in Housekeeping, Front of House and Food and Beverage.

The Company:
• A well-established hotel popular for weddings and fine dining.

The Requirements:
• A strong individual with an excellent Food and Beverage background, ideally to a rosette level standard.
• You will be a current Operations Manager looking for a new opportunity OR a strong F&B Manager looking for the next step up.
• You will have strong overall experience of Food and Beverage operations, and a good understanding of Front of house and Housekeeping.
• You will have strong background managing weddings, events & functions
• You will have a good financial awareness and business acumen and have a good understanding of P&Ls, Wage percentage, GPs, and cost controls, Sales & Marketing.

Salary and package:

Up to £30,000 per annum
