My client is looking for a committed and passionate SOUS CHEF with a proven background in quality hotel kitchens. This is genuinely a great opportunity for someone to really make a name for themselves.
Weddings and events being big business for this hotel. Using only the freshest, seasonal and local produce you’ll be helping to deliver some of the best dishes around the area.
This is a very exciting but challenging opportunity for the right Chef. The hotel is in a beautiful location and comes with accommodation.
The salary on offer will be dependent on your background and skills. The role is essentially a perm assignment with the possibility of going permanent for the right candidate.
