SALARY: UP TO £23,000 DEPENDING UPON EXPERIENCE

It goes without saying that living in such a stunning rugged area is a real lifestyle choice - One which often comes with seasonal and less-reliable fulltime roles within hospitality (as a recruiter who hails from there, I should know!) - However this particular vacancy is fulltime, year-round and at the highest end of high-quality restaurants.
You should have a huge passion for all things wine and ideally have come from at least 2 AA Rosette restaurants (although 3 AA Rosette and above or Michelin Star would be preferred.)
The team here are all very committed to delivering the best, and personalised, guest service possible. They are also more like family than colleagues, and have a proven track record of developing careers, many of their junior team members have progressed to running high-class restaurants of their own all over the country.
If you have embarked upon your WSET qualifications then even better. You will have a brilliant Head Sommelier to work with as well, who will work with you, train and develop you.
In return for your passion, commitment and massive appetite for learning, you will be rewarded with a salary of between £20,000 and £23,000 depending upon your experience as well as a real chance to progress your career and a live-in option is also offered.
