Luxury 5* Hotel in central London is looking for a driven and personable Operations Manager with previous experience of working meetings and large events. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the hotel industry and be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills as well as understanding the importance of guest service.
your roles will include:
- Work closely with the General Manager to achieve the overall business objectives
- Work to set budgets, sales and profit targets
- Take control of the Rotas and Time Sheets
- To ensure the smooth delivery of services daily, provide effective leadership and training to meet business requirements as well as company objectives.
- Ensure effective planning for all upcoming meetings and events
- Proactive, Enthusiastic and able to build strong rapport with guests, colleagues and managers.
Salary - £40,000 - £45,000
