Recognising successful innovation in tackling labour turnover and improving retention rates, particularly through a business wide approach which has clearly been implemented at all levels over a consistent period of time. Judges will be seeking evidence that labour turnover has been consistently low or has improved as a result of specific initiatives to address retention.
'Berkeley Scott believes that the preservation of the industry is essential. We have developed strategies to ensure our own levels of staff retention are high so that our clients enjoy long term, productive relationships with the same consultants. This allows us a greater understanding of our client's needs and culture and enables us to recommend people who will stay with our clients for longer.
Furthermore, our range of aftercare services help put in place processes that support the retention of these professionals. Good staff retention levels are crucial to the development of a successful and stable business, which is why we are proud to support this award.' Mark Darby, Managing Director, Berkeley Scott
