Berkeley Scott Awards Compass Group For Staff Retention Achievements

An Award Ceremony on 26th November at The Tower Hotel London, congratulated a number of outstanding players within the hospitality, leisure and tourism industries. The event, hosted by Springboard, an organisation promoting careers within these industries, honoured winners in 17 different categories.

Berkeley Scott, the UK's leading provider of recruitment solutions to the Hotel, Hospitality and Catering industry, awarded Compass Group UK and Ireland for their impressive staff retention figures. This is no doubt part due to their innovative and far-reaching e-learning programme 'One Compass', which blends proven best practice with new ideas. The programme has become part of a seamless recruitment process with over 8,000 new employees completing the programme to date. It has produced highly impressive staff satisfaction feedback and incredible retention figures.

Berkeley Scott sponsored this award as they have consistently proven to be an invaluable asset in helping a wide range of companies increase their staff retention. The secret to their success is undoubtedly due to their extensive pool of talented candidates and a long established client base. This ensures Berkeley Scott creates the most beneficial of placements for both parties. This in turn ensures high staff retention and talent remains within their clients' business.

Berkeley Scott MD, Mark Darby comments, 'we are delighted to honour Compass Group with the award for staff retention. Their use of cutting-edge IT programmes to attract, induct and retain staff is pioneering. No doubt countless other organisations will follow suit'.
