Mark Darby
Managing Director


Mark joined Berkeley Scott in August 2005 to Head up the National Temporary business. Since that time he has broadened his responsibilities by taking control of the permanent recruitment business based out of London before being appointed Managing Director of Berkeley Scott Limited in December 2007.
Prior to joining Berkeley Scott Mark fulfilled a number of senior appointments within IT, sales and marketing and Professional Services recruitment within industry leading brands across a number of sectors, in addition to successfully building and selling his own staffing Consultancy to a listed International recruitment brand in 2001.
Further to his career in recruitment Mark held senior management roles within a privately funded sales management consultancy operating in the software industry.

David Henshaw
Regional Director


David joined Berkeley Scott through the acquisition of Roche recruitment in 1998, where he was a Branch Manager. He then progressed to work for Berkeley Scott in a number of roles including: Area Manager (South West), Regional Manager (South), Operations Manager (Temps) before being appointed Regional Director (North) in December 2007.
David has in total, 16 years recruitment experience which began with Hays accountancy.
He then moved onto Blue Arrow to run the Bristol hospitality desk, before moving to Roche. Prior to recruitment, David worked in for the Civil Service where he ran employment programs and worked in various auditing and accounting roles.

Tony Aylward
Regional Director


Tony joined Berkeley Scott in 2002 as a senior Consultant within the Hospitality and Leisure sector. He then quickly progressed his way through the company becoming Regional Director in 2007. Over this time, Tony set up the EU recruitment division in 2004 and then became Regional Manager of Godalming until 2006.
Prior to this, Tony was Team Leader of Permanent recruitment within a leading IT recruitment company in London for 4 years. Before this Tony was a Sales Director with two leading 3 and 4 star UK Hotel chains and began his career in Hotel Operations.
