To begin the recruitment process, one of our fully trained Consultants will take an in-depth job specification from you. If you're a new client, this is usually compiled with a site visit, so that recommendations relating to the company culture can also be made. Together, this helps us present a short-list of only the most relevant candidates for your vacancy. These candidates will meet all criteria specified in the brief including: experience, skills and qualifications as well as personality traits and aspirations.

Because we place a large emphasis on maintaining contact with our candidates, these short-lists can usually be presented in a very short time scale. We will also establish time-scales for the entire recruitment process to manage expectations of candidate and client alike and ensure a smooth and seamless transition for all.

About Our Candidates
We interview all our candidates in person and base them on a competency framework. In addition to identifying a candidate's character and personality, our in-depth interview process also allows us to illuminate a candidate's behavioural attributes within the work place. For example, how they work as part of a team and how they cope under pressure. This process can even be tailored to each client's individual needs. Certain roles require strengths in key areas, so working with our clients we can refine and amend our competency framework to highlight relevant skills.

With a network of offices across the UK, we are uniquely positioned to provide national account support for major employers. We are equally well placed to recruit on a local basis to smaller, independent companies within the Hotel, Hospitality and Catering sector.
