Recruitment Process - Candidate
  • You will be known to us or will have applied to a web advertisement or sent your CV in prospectively
  • All your details and new CV will be updated on our database
  • You will receive a call from one of the team in order to find out how we can best assist you
  • Where possible, we will invite you to interview in Godalming or London
  • We would like to reference you from at least one past employer
  • We will assess your career aspirations and personal criteria against our current list of opportunities
  • Having briefed you on a position and had your approval to send your details, we will represent you to our client
  • When asked to attend an interview, we will brief you fully for that meeting
  • We would ask you to call us immediately after interview with your feedback
  • We would then speak to the client for their feedback on you
  • We will arrange further interviews on your behalf with the client
  • We will offer impartial advice when offers of employment are made and guide you through the acceptance and resignation process
  • We will keep in contact with you during your notice period and offer support during your first few months of employment
  • We will then introduce you to your local Berkeley Scott office
