Recruitment Process - Candidate

You will be known to us or will have applied to a web advertisement or sent your CV in prospectively
All your details and new CV will be updated on our database
You will receive a call from one of the team in order to find out how we can best assist you
Where possible, we will invite you to interview in Godalming or London
We would like to reference you from at least one past employer
We will assess your career aspirations and personal criteria against our current list of opportunities
Having briefed you on a position and had your approval to send your details, we will represent you to our client
When asked to attend an interview, we will brief you fully for that meeting
We would ask you to call us immediately after interview with your feedback
We would then speak to the client for their feedback on you
We will arrange further interviews on your behalf with the client
We will offer impartial advice when offers of employment are made and guide you through the acceptance and resignation process
We will keep in contact with you during your notice period and offer support during your first few months of employment
We will then introduce you to your local Berkeley Scott office
