Interim General Management - Hotels
For many years the Berkeley Scott General Management team has offered an Interim General Management service along side its permanent recruitment business. This service uses highly professional General Managers who are either between positions and are actively seeking a new challenge, to General Managers who have become a specialist in this type of short-term role. By using these candidates you are assured of a trustworthy and capable Manager who will have been thoroughly referenced and who is capable of hitting the ground running! Many of our Interim Managers are offered permanent contracts after a few months. A monthly charge is invoiced for the interim assignment and clients are responsible for paying the candidate directly, usually on a pro-rata basis relating to the gross annual salary for the role.
