Business customers have been promised that they will be able to manage Jurys Inn reservations in a seamless fashion, thanks to the launch of an enhanced Jurys Business Booker online tool from the brand.
This improved tool has been aimed at personal assistants and other people in organisations who are responsible for managing travel needs.
The tool was developed to meet the needs of contemporary business customers, at a time when a growing percentage of sales at Jurys Inn is down to corporate bookings.
"We pride ourselves on providing the best service and facilities to our guests and we know that for regular business travellers in particular, convenience, value and exclusive benefits are really important to them," said Suzanne Cannon, Jurys Inn group marketing manager.
Responding to that, the group has created the improved Booker tool, she said, describing it as "easy to use and flexible, while also offering exclusive benefits and the best room rates in all of our 31 city centre hotels."
Travel requirement managers can use Business Booker for managing reservations via their own account, access promotional prices and keep track of how much is being spent. They are able to share booking information with other people working for the same organisation, too.
The tool gives five loyalty points for each room night that is booked through it and people who book with it are eligible for premium faster Wi-Fi for free.
It comes after it was announced that Jurys Inn Chelsea had been rebranded and opened as DoubleTree by Hilton London – Chelsea.
The capital-based venue is still operated and owned by Jurys Inn, which has signed a franchise agreement for the rebrand with Hilton Worldwide.
