We are looking for an experienced Hotel Operations Manager who is hands-on and passionate about Hospitality.  This is a busy, independently owned hotel which specialises in weddings and events as well as having a fine dining restaurant.  You will be a Hotel Operations Manager who has experience in a similar role and has a good knowledge of hotels and of food and beverage.  You will be hands-on in the role and enjoy leading and inspiring a team.  You will develop the team and support them to get the best out of them and help them grow.  As Hotel Operations Manager, you will be the face of the hotel and deliver consistent and friendly customer service, while also ensuring that your team does too.

You will support the General Manager in ensuring that financial targets are met and that Health and Safety records are compliant.  The Hotel Operations Manager is vital in being there to support the other heads of department.

It will be beneficial if you have experience in running weddings as the hotel is popular for wedding guests.
