Lisa Blood - FCIPD Lisa has worked in Human Resources for most of her career. Prior to joining Berkeley Scott in 2004, she held managerial positions in the retail, hospitality and leisure sectors in such companies as Whitbread and Somerfield Stores plc. In addition to the FCIPD status Lisa has an advanced employment law qualification and has studied Neuro linguistic programming.
