50 shades of hotels: The UK’s most romantic hotspots

You can pick from five different products, each with a specific theme in mind, and they can be as expensive at £600. The case will be delivered discreetly and there are many hotels involved in the scheme, including The Witchery in Edinburgh and the Sanctum Soho in London.

Seduction at the Mercer

Mercer Street Hotel, located in Seven Dials Village in the London, is a small oasis away from the bustle of the city. Chic and sensual, the site boasts 137 bedrooms and eight luxury suites; the latter of which have stunning panoramic views, union-jack styles and SMEG fridges. The Dial Bar and Restaurant also has a diverse cocktail menu, while customers can also sip champagne in their own bedrooms.

The hotel recently joined forced with Coco de Mer for customers. The retailer offered individuals a personal gift box of the outlet's best sellers, including intimate goods, a tickler, chai spice massage oil and blindfolds.

Suite times at Belgraves

Thompson hotel Belgraves is the definition of glamour. Home to 85 individual rooms, the suites in particular boast silver wooden floors, elegant marble bathrooms and smoked glass. This is where you want to go if you are feeling seductive with your partner.

Like the Mercer, this hotel has also been forging relations with retail outlets to develop romantic experiences for their customers, especially around the Valentine's period. For example, Belgraves offered an overnight package with a La Perla gift box. As part of the package, customers could also enjoy a private fitting and a special romantic movie from the showcase library.
